Could Be Worse- Could Be Better is a multi-media web serial centered on two ameteur capes trying to stay afloat amongst a turblulent superhero scene. Taking inspiration from media like Worm; Parahumans, DC Comics, and Marvel Comics, it attempts to be a grounded, if hopeful, take on the genre.
